Cove is nice but according to analyst reports I have seen accounts for only about 5% of total NAV. Still, it looks like it could some cheap near-term production well before Hardrock would begin generating income. I am not enough of an expert to comment in detail on the technical aspects of Hardrock, but what I have read from those who are indicates your conjectures look very reasonable, particularly in terms of converting underground ounces to indicated and/or measured status. We may find out before too long if they release a revised resource estimate rather than waiting to release it as part of the FBS. LC
