If they issue all 50m shares at a value of 3.00 the whole company would be only worth 150 million, which is not too much.

Remembering back, One big stock option deal Par made in the past, translated into a 30 million upfront profit deal, and a low conversion price of 4.00, this is one reason i believe in the Osicom management team.
