Bill Clinton was on Jon Stewart tonight. He's profoundly intelligent.

Polv---at the same time, I'm in utter awe of how much FDR accomplished---Burns illustrated it beautifully. I got goosebumps as the narrator began enumerating the major bridges in NY, Laguardia, and, and, and…. all being a result of his New Deal.

Off the top of my head, without taking the time to really ponder what was presented in this program----a thought kept coming to me tonight as I learned of how he got Social Security through, created his "Black Cabinet, all he did to lift folk out of poverty……

His experience with polio and Eleanor played a major role in his genuine compassion----->extraordinary actions…

Burns did indeed spend very little time on E's lesbian relationship. I wonder why. He's someone that would have given it lots of thought.
