One million dollar mortgages in Silly Valley or any other housing bubble 2.0 market means a 1% rise equates to $10k a year in added interest in year one... Wonder what is happening to real estate taxes and insurance in these high cost markets? PITI to da moon baby... Now if only Ralph Cramden from the Honeymooners circa 1955 could see what his NYC apartment would cost right now..
