To Anyone The investor meeting brought up some questions which I will post here. After spending the day revising (twice) the budget for four entities, and working late at that, I didn't get the opportunity to call CSMA. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. Questions are: 1. What is the location of the disposal well in Utah, in relation to Salt Lake City? 2. When might we expect to see the SEC form 10 filed? 3. Is Mike M an employee or a hired promoter? 4. Who/What is Irvine Capital? 5. About the shares passed from CSMA to the LPS folks in the form of restricted stock. How many, any price guarantee, and is it true they can be sold over the next 3 years? 6. What is location of the 1250 acres in Texas? 7. What is exact date ( for those of us who forgot) that Utah Legislature votes on the disposal well? 8. What are the details re EHRC and the stock exchange? 9. If we are constantly being shorted, what can be done and when???? ( Mostly when?) 10. When Jan. 15 gets here, where does David Smith/Isaacs live? and finally, no one really misses Franco, but they/we all sort of wonder if he is alive and well.
