Actually, I have been through it and tossed much of it.... but much of it is taken up by some steak-burgers I bought through a TV special. I used up one big box and have another 3 to go. And there are packages of frozen fruit for smoothies, etc. But I don't know where the chicken is in there so I went and bought a whole roaster today - was on sale for 99 cents per pound. It takes 45 minutes in my low pressure oven to cook so I should have enough left over for your recipe.
