I see a very interesting NEW YEAR coming if everything falls...

into place on time...I feel that George is in a very POWERFUL position in any deals he endeavors...CASH IS KING!!!...and Noram is going to be sitting on a TON of it soon...although the time value of money can reduce the street value of Noram today. Pay less now for future revenues...

Why else would a buyout be more likely today...because after the cash starts flowing in...on hand assets are worth much more than future cash flows. Future cash flows are always discounted in finding market value of a Company. So as time goes on and Noram accumulates wealth then the value goes up accordingly. $65 is a pie in the sky dream you may not see in your children's lifetime...Let's be realistic. If a fair and equitable deal can be reached with an acquiring party then it should be given the consideration it deserves...
