went to the Verizon store Friday night and they were sold out. So I ordered a phone with a delivery date of 10/17. The guy told me that the store would get more over hte counter sales phones in the next week or so, to which I asked why they would fill orders for people who walk in over long time customers who ordered a phone? He had no answer, but said that htey planned on doing that alot.

This whole hype line waiting BS is unneceesary from this.

I think they have way underestimated not only the supply, but the entire customer service and order taking issues around this whole event.

The Verizon web site is still not working due to being overstressed wiht this entire thing. The customer service phone linje wait is about 15 minutes right now (Sunday), the web page is out of date and not reflecting the phone orders.

As a stock holder I approve.

That feature will definitely boast sales. :-)

I really liked it though, otherwise. It's not like holding an ipad mini against your head. It's reasonable for someone with, say, a purse.
Hmmmm.

Perhaps the 6 is designed for one demographic and the 6+ (6s?) for another.

SInce a picture is warranted here and the fact that the latter demographic is easy on most eyes, I shall post an example from which you may infer who the first demographic refers to (and it's not a hanging participle).

The second demographic for the 6+S thing (example only):
