TO MSFT and Co.... please start moving assets offshore to countries that realize the amazing things you have accomplished....Bill Gates and Co. have provided food on the tables of millions of people...their software is partly responsible for this strong and low inflationary economy....every company of worth in the world has benefitted from their software....DO NOT KISS ASS....KICK IT....

I guess I don't understand your proposal. Would you be happier if MSFT was required to charge whatever NSCP charges a particular customer above the normal cost of Windows?
