Lindsey 'sed re. the Apocalypse Code that our beloved John on the Isle of Patmos in approximately 95-97 a.d. was seeing and hearing things 1900 years into the future and that he was trying to describe it with the eyes and ears of a first century man that would have no framework of reference for him personally. Then Lindsey gives an example in the 9th chapter of Revelation of what he believes is a description of a helicopter being used. Rev. 9:9-10 "And they had breastplates like breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots, of many horses rushing to battle. And they have tails like scorpions, and stings; and in their tails is their power to hurt men for five months." His point was that if you had never seen or heard a man-made machine flying in the air sounding like a "chopper", how would you describe that sight and sound. Perhaps never gas will be dispensed from the helicopters? What a day and age we are living in! The end of the age as we know it is right at our door step. Although your week got off to a shaky start, I pray and wish you a super-sensational-splendid balance of the week! God is not finished with you yet! He has preserved your life!
