I am noticing also that prices are creeping up. I am comparing loaves of bread, gallon of milk, butter, fresh veggies, a bag of potatoes and beef at stores like Safeway and Luckys (here in CA). Typically,, I have notices prices go down during summer but didn't notice any during this past summer.

With oil prices going down and the dollar going up, I am expecting to see a fall in prices. With falling unemployment, it can be surmised that people now have the money to take care of the increase in costs for food etc.

But the good thing is the FED seems to have its fingers right on the pulse and will surely jump in should there be a spike in capital goods prices.

But prices already very high in many places regardless of low sales figures.

What markets do you consider high?
