Unfortunately here is what has happened. GREED (to get the money on the books by the end of the year) in the form or a warrant call (which in itself is not bad) with a call period MUCH too short for us INVESTORS who bought warrants thinking that we would at least have a 90 day call period to convert will cost the company dearly. How about this scenario, those small investors who bought 200-400 warrants when the price was in the 3-5 dollar range will not sell as it will cost almost as much in commissions as what they have left. Fortunately I got out and saved my hyde. In fact some people (albeit probably not many) might LOSE money if they convert. I.E. Anyone with less than 300 warrants and a commission of $75 will not sell or they will LOSE money. Believe me, those people are out there. Because with the warrants at $5, it was a $1500 warrant investment with an additional $1500 needed in the future to convert. There will be plenty of non-converters who will screw the company (and they have every right to... it's their money). Oh well, management has truly showed their incompetence and lack of concern for loyal shareholders in this instance. Best of luck.
