Finally someone says what has been obvious for months.

ZEBOV is not controlled. R0 >1 perhaps even 3.

Caring for the sick takes 3 medical staff per patient.

IF we have not already passed the "tipping point" we will soon.

We face important unanswered questions. Do survivors carry latent virus that can rebound? Can they infect others even if they are stable? What drugs work? Which are best? Who will take charge of the epidemic given WHO is incompetent?

Without a single and powerful manager of the epidemic it will continue to grow. US Military is likely the best choice to take control but it is not clear we will do that.
