I recently read somewhere that Kinder won their court ruling on Canadian pipeline, but I think that is focused on getting ng to the west coast for export (to the US via pipeline, and/or to Asia via LNG). And as was discussed this week, all they have to do in Alberta is get product to Thunder Bay, Ontario, or Duluth MN and then they can get it anywhere in the world -- I'd still be interested in the cost of shipping from there vs. rail costs to the east coast of Canada or the US.
