I don't want to be too picky. I just think it should be considered
rather than just nixed as a "NAY" plot. Small investors don't really
compete with each other. They compete with the market giants. They
certainly don't need lessor influences to have an effect on their
rationale.

S martin: After review I have to agree with you in the inclusion
of paragraphs #3 and #10 as applicable.
