Bernie can respond very robustly to this very good question.

He uses several complex charting tools and a vast knowledge of the market and investing arena. If he says BUY then BUY!!!! If he says SELL then SELL!!!!! The key is to stay close to his info and be right on top of his signals because a select fund on the move can go up or down several % points in a day. Some times I have had to buy one day and sell the next based on a false signal direction from the market. It might cost a small amount but the advantage of always being on the up side of the select funds curve is worth the effort.

Bernie is the only person or service that I have found "ANYPLACE" that provides this kind of powerful wealth building real time information. Most of the other publications, both fund and stock, do not really tell us what to do in a timely manner.
