Hourly pricing means you buy at the NEXT hours price throughout the day. A good strategy is to wait to see how the market is doing from 9:30 till just before 10:00 before you buy or sell a select. Gives you a half hour to decide.

You don't have to report to IRS if they already distributed. MAKE SURE THEY DID FIRST, CHECK THE DATE OF DISTRIBUTION. IRA account it doesn't matter.
