Okay, who has a brief synopsis of this company?

I've been out of the loop on Corel for a while. I know there was soemthing about shaky profits in the last quarter and the stock took a dive, but what are they doing about it?

Have they ousted the CEO? Is Java moving along as planned? Do you see this company here in 5 years?

I bout at $7 back in February/March and haven't tracked it since. Should I could my losses or averagae down?

I'm looking for opinions.

Hey Joe

No rush to buy. Books are a mess. Another loss quarter warned. Nibbling a small partial position here won't hurt you much for entry - remaing downside seems limited. Depends anytime on NOVL action/inaction. hate to depend on that. Two positives only so far: Sylvester to sales and O'Reily to CFO.

If I decide to reenter (a month from now at the earliest) I will do so gradually - 2-300 shares at at time averaged in on dips over next year or so.
Caution is the word as Cowpland cannot be trusted to perform. Beware of sucker rallies while fundamentals are so weak.

Wait until final 4th is released (In Jan). If they manage to better the predicted 15 to 20m loss then I would revisit the fundamentals. If they do not offer nice post Christmas surprise then wait and join the thread for some fun.
