George,
RA is expensive to me even at it's recent lows. Technically, I show lots of support at 25-1/2 and 24-1/2. I bought WKS for the first time around 32 about 6 months ago, when it had pulled back 12% from the highs even though it looked expensive to me . It only went up 1/2 way to the top, and then fell all the way to 30 and eventually 29-1/4. I made money trading it, but the long term position is only even, It has grown into it's earnings and I feel comfortable with it at 32, but RA reminds me of this scenario, and unless you are in for a scalp, it may end up at this same level in 3-6 more months. Since RA is going ex-dividend tomorrow, I wouldn't be surprised if it fell more. WKS is growing faster than RA and has a slightly lower FFO multiple by the way.
