And yet when it came to another problem occurring at the same time, the iOS 8.01 debacle, that same customer base wasted no time at all in making Apple acutely aware there was a problem, so much so that the update was pulled before most customers even knew it had been out.

Which is more likely? The same customer base, in mass, acting completely inconsistently in regard to two simultaneous problems? Or a bunch of anonymous bloggers -- many of them just echoes of each other -- with an anti-Apple bias piling on with claims that might not be entirely on the up-and-up?
