hopefully it doesn't meet the same fate as Dark Reign. What happened to Dark Reign? Quake 2 will do very very well. My guess is that it will be the second best-selling title this quarter. NEXT quarter Starcraft gets my vote. PX

At Best Buy, Heavy gear marked down to 30 bucks. Quake 2 selling well. On voodoo, what can I say? The installed base for pc games has grown perhaps more than in spreadsheet used by analyst. There are lots of games though to choose from. I get the impression that xmas not as relevant as it used to be. If ATVI or ERTS released a killer game any time during year, just about everybody would buy it. After all, once you have paid for pc and maybe a voodoo card, 40 bucks does not break the bank.
