Looks like you don't keep up with the news. Along with the news of Holder's resignation, the news outlets are also saying that he departure would provide a cheer for Wall Street and Big Banks. The reason: He is the AG who was very successful in prosecuting them and extracting huge fines to the tune of multi billion dollars, thereby wiping out all the profits they made under the previous Administration. Watch news outlet including foreign ones such as Al Jazeera, BBC etc.
