TO: All CVIA Thread Participants, Well now that my hands have stopped shaking from excitement, I can hardly wait for the possible second news release before year end! In my own opinion, Jack Arnold gave me a comfort feeling right from the start that he had the interest's of the CVIA shareholders at heart! And it sure looks like he has taken a major step in honoring his committment! I think that it is "Great News" , I feel it will only continue to get bettor as each step of the merger process, and acquisitions begin to unfold! The fact the Mr. Jack Arnold will remain as a Director , supporting Investor Relations, I feel is "Fantastic!" This appears to be ( at least on the surface!) an investment opportunity , that has no where to go but up, in a step by step building block format! I think if one let's there imagination build, the opportunities that could be announced in 1998, and beyond, to me at least look like a very big "Christmas Gift!". I'm can't ever remember, owning a stock at this low price level with so much positive hope, support and potential, supported by a trusting and caring Management Team! My hand goes out to Jack Arnold! He has done an outstanding job to date, in keeping our hopes alive! And the part I like the best, is that this is just one of the very first steps, of many to come! ( Just my own opinion!) NO! No one got the correct business in our guess the CVIA Merger business contest! ( I was going to guess retail Tire and accessories, but I didn't want to spoil everyone's fun!-----JUST KIDDING!!!!!). I think all participants on this thread, have all made impactful and meaningful contributions, we have survived the "HI's and the LOW's" and hopefully we have all learned from the experience!
