But once the JAZ cartridge is inside it's clam-shell it's more or less indestructible. A clever and inexpensive design.

Good point Brendan. This would definately sway buyers. If it's portable, IT IS gonna get dropped. I assume the same affliction haunts SparQ? No way my lifestyle could support the special care required. And EVERYONE is going to assume they can treat ANY portable storage the way they treat tape and floppies. I'm surprised this issue hasn't gotten more attention.
