No, am afraid we put the fable of the "Greek-lyre-playing" shepherd boy to rest once & for all, it went the way of Noah & Moses lost in the fantasy flood. Wasn't it just yesterday you were claiming the monarch period was dating back to 1300BC?

You're left with only a childlike willingness to believe in these cobbled tribal origin fairytales which no archaeologist has found any artifactual evidence for after centuries of looking. No mention in the Amarna letters, but we do find the Egyptian prayers, proverbs & psalms copied word for word later into the Hebrew bible.

Obviously the Hebrews admired & wanted to emulate the Egyptian culture & as we saw later the great majority of them embraced the Hellene ways of life & became Greek speaking citizens of that empire emulating their histories & religion.

(Not mention the biggest hint of all we find Moses himself was raised as an Egyptian. That Moses was an Egyptian should be a big hint for even a simple mind where it all comes from.)

Whoever wrote the psalm was quite old. Someone who had faced death and had dangerous enemies. As well he has found peace and rest and also prosperity. The writer has led a life of struggle and has in the end become prosperous. The David of the bible had homosexual involvement. Psalm 23 does not indicate any of this.
