And what have we discovered even 150yrs before the Amarna Letters in the campaigns of king Thutmose in 1500BC? It is clearly recorded that he wa s constantly taking the chief Hittite/Assyrian & Mitanni family sons & daughters back to Egypt to be educated (and civilized) there & then sent back up to Judah.

And you even question where those psalms & proverbs came from by interjecting some Hyksos/Caananite deflection when we have 100s & 100's of records from the Egyptians themselves who were right there in the land, all over it in fact. This young king lived well into his 50s as i recall and took scribes with him on every campaign.

And how fitting the Bible misses all this & the 500yrs of the most powerful Egyptian influences that were to follow. Even those chapters of Kings & Proverbs are direct imitations, for that's what the Egyptians did best, keep records of their kings and the proverbs date back to 2400BC.

Some days he's fiction, other days he's an Egyptian, other days he's actually Thutmose - or one of the Thutmoses. In the Bible, he's a Hebrew adopted by a daughter of pharaoh.

Exactly, all of the above, for so it is written. That is what the Amarna Letters verify 150yrs later, sent by those same vassal chief's progeny that express utter loyalty to that Egyptian realm & its customs. All of Judah was a client state for some centuries.

But no Egyptian Queen would really need to adopt a foreign baby, this itself is a "story" that is one found in many other truely ancient cultures then borrowed by the Hebrews. In reality we are right back to what actually happened, they did take hostages back & trained them in Egyptian culture to be sent back to rule as little client chieftans.

Heaven, Hell, Day of Judgment & weighing of men's hearts, proverbs, kings, one god/monothesism , so much starts there, don't you just love cultural evolution?
