I am in Florida only. Have my network established here. I know this state inside and out and what makes it tick so is the only way to go for me in a world of sharks and shysters on every corner. I'd be a fish out of water in Detroit would take years to figure it all out.. As to funding it was just a generic comment regarding not only bank lending restrictions finally easing for investment property but the ability to raise private equity or private money mortgages in a world where savers continue to be penalized for not putting money to work...
