Bill: Under their agreement with Zonagen, Schering is responsible for taking Vasomax through the NDA process.

You have your Schering's totally confused, my friend.
Schering AG is the company that put seed money into the company
and Schering Plough is the company that recently made the marketing deal with Zonagen. NO CONNECTION!!

Furthermore, as far as being undercapitalized if it intends
to go through the entire FDA approval process....you're wrong again.
Schering Plough in it's marketing agreement will carry the ball
through that process, not Zonagen. Schering Plough, last time
I looked, didn't appear to me to be undercapitalized for this
procedure.

Always helps to have the facts before you leap.
