To: All - Re: RAMBUS 10K:

Anyone out there that can give me a read on the importance, or lack thereof, of the statements contained in page 14, para. 3 of RAMBUS 10K (Source: 12/15 News Alert From Edgar OnLine Via Quote.Com News Item #4812871 which reads in part:

"To date, companies based in Japan and Korea have accounted for the substantial majority of the company's revenues, and nearly all of its international revenues. In fiscal 1997, 1996 and 1995, international revenues comprised approximately 81%, 86% and 90% of the company's net revenues, respectibely. The company expects that revenues derived from international licensees will continue to represent a significant portion of its total revenues in the future."

Look to me like an "early warning" of something not favorable to come come...anyone else read it that way or differently...or am I just finding out something which I don't like to hear (have covered short and was just about to start accumulating) when everyone else has known it all along?

Regards, Mike
