Neil, Datgummit why didn't you help Frank, with that contract and then report that it was signed }:<D. Thanks, for the update tried to reach Helen, today but too busy! As for the price drifting, well, we can wait. The chart has bands(bollinger)so tight that it will Explode on the next news and Not look back IMHO. I especially Like this part: Frank is (Negotiating) With Several Carriers For better Backbone to deploy the network. That is the main reason for the Delay. Once Contracts are signed its Hells bells There ready to deploy!!!. One Should Be very Soon. Endeavor to Perservere bg

Neil, Seth and others: Thanks for the information. Glad to see some are still going to the horses' mouths for information. That's what we need more of. I'm just skipping down the list these days and reading the posts I think might have some pertinent information. Hope I'm not missing anything important.
