Hank, I don't understand why so many investors/players in the markets stay MARRIED to a stock. The point is to make money and protect profits. Surely after seeing so many tech stocks drop 100 percent or more in the last few weeks, anyone would look hard at the odds of the same happening to the "beloved" stock!!!!! I hate paying the cap gains too but it sure is better than seeing the profits vanish. How can anyone do well in the market if they have such a strong bias. Dell was good to me for a year, but to me the smart thing is to never assume last year's story is still in place, either fundamentally or in terms of likely price action.
