CDK is a declining business.

ADP and Reynolds and reynolds are long time overpriced accounting services.

Horrific reputation of overcharging.

Their services have been displaced by auto soft ,auto mate and other PC based services (which are so competitive they do ont require a multi year contract).

At the very least margins on software and overpriced hardware will have declining margins.

Surprised they held on this long.
