Its true all the developed countries are going to try to squeeze out more money from Apple as well as all other multinationals fiefdoms.

However...

They are going to have to balance their greed with the fact that the corporations are more likely to favor countries that are tax friendly. They could end up gaining short term but losing long term.

All corporations and countries will have this problem... and its going to drag out for a decade or two so that the courts can justify the enormous salaries and pensions all the people in the tort system draw down.
