If they paid enough I would consider it . I suppose anyone who says anything at all that may be interpreted as less than totally positive toward Bay is a candidate for cds in your view,,,? I am hoping that Bay clears up the misunderstanding and we all make lots of money on the stock we all own. I have been in Bay since before they moved to NYSE and I still have hopes of doing well. I am sure you have been a shareholder much longer than I and are "on the inside" and have special knowlege that I have no access to and therefore have no fear in your position in Bay ,,,I am just an average shareholder with some concerns about the company, If you and Hop dont understand please dont respond to my posts ,.,...a waste of bandwidth.. thanks George
