Continued)Let's take a look at who day traders are. First there are many many brokers who day trade for their own account, Next, there are MM's who really are day traders who may even work in cooperation with Brokers. I dont know this to be true, but probably is. Probably also illegal. Next there are day traders who wok closely with brokers, with the broker actually recommending stoke to other customers, causing the price to increase. Then there are individual day traders who diligently study, analysis and choose their own stock., Let me be quick to say, that their is nothing wrong abour day trading. They, like us arae investing for profit and as we all know, profit is good. The only difference is that day trading is very short term, riding the stock price up and sellilng, which incidentally, also pushes the price down again for re entry. We in turn arae in for a longer haul, probably because we, at least me, lack the skill or the taime to spend in day trading, a very tricky and deliberate method of trading.
