We may well have passed the climax selling point - which is good if you got long ...

Now watch the market transition so short money is on the menu. At least until a bull/bear balance is achieved. I still think we are heading lower - but think the height of this bounce will surprise ... at least some - since the bears are emboldened - and have frankly been the fuel that has propelled this market higher for the past few years. Sorry Fintas. I haven't identified anything that has fundamentally changed. The Fed recordings have that potential - but still early. Plus this is an election year. Think odds are good we work higher to the Dec 1955-1960 previous support level over the next couple weeks for a test at least and then see how it looks from there.

There frankly is no telling - we could break to new lows this afternoon - anything is possible. But I'd sure be surprised.

As another idea, look towards the silver market ... think a pop higher is imminent ...
