When younger and I worked for Chevrolet,I taught people how to submit orders warranties and deliveries over the phone lines vs using mail. Adp had the most user friendly software and excellent hardware. They were the easiest to teach. I don't mean to knock ADP,but the auto business has morphed into an inexpensive PC based communication system. ADP has tried to hold onto their margins but the internet and PC has made their business model obsolete. An inevitable morphing that has no doubt had o good long run. Bob
