Someone forward this to the governors of the 49 states except Illinois, who is already doing it. Tell them that if they spend a mere 5 million per state with us and enact the fingerprinting part we can help them get back 15 million! Lets see, 50 x 5 million = 250 million they spend with us. They save 15 million or 750 million minus our 250 million and they can spend another 500 million on parks, roads, schools etc. Actually the savings would be a lot bigger as our population on the average is bigger. newswire.ca P.S.
