!!! welcome back and checking in, dj

am here there everywhere, and have essentially narrowed down to focusing on one rebellion thing, and we the rebels mean to change a particular world

in the mean time, re what is happening in hong kong?

basically an energizing sanity-check moment and
essentially a way-point reflection juncture
nothing i feel need to be alarmed about, and all very interesting, much as i find fiat money inflation fascinating
besides, after all hong kong is the society that survived well our SARS shutdown for 6 months w/o particular notes other than that family values, education, thrift, and common sense triumphs over all

the city is actually functioning rather well, though am guessing that as time stretches, costs (in all its forms) rise, and when so, counter-actions can be counted on from folks affected by cost rises

at the moment all seem okay at drinking spot here, dining venue there, theatres, whatever, except for the spotty spots here and there, and even those hiccupped spots are undergoing localized dampening per newton's laws.

to catch up, we treasure this from you so long ago, and am almost there, hopefully :0)

the kids?

here is the almost 10 coconut who just won #5 in asia grand prix ballet something or other,

after winning all-hk #1 for calligraphy (translation: read more than ten thousand books; pen better than the best)

here is the one you did not perhaps know about, jack, just turned 4

when you saw the coconut and buddy paul in austria circa 2009 she was 5 and just so ...

skiing w/ buddy paul

buddy paul, childhood pal, shall soon de-camp for burma from hk, but we shall of course keep touch as his parents are my buddies, co-investors and co-directors, and and and

erita still rules even as the gang has added two more

erita shall be 10 in a few dayz

she now has a cat and a brother named jack of just-4-years young. she likes the cat ;0)

erita does stuff like this below and shall put on a show where the proceeds go to animal charity

jack does stuff like so, where the pieces end up in a plastic bucket of no particular organization

in any case the kids are growing well, happy, learning, exercising, and get along well enough

Hi DJ,

Ref: the financial collapse and beyond has not happened.

As you know 2008 had already happened before your last post. We have been in a state of "beyondment" ever since.

I thought we had heard the last of you. Years passed. I thought of deleting your name from my People marks many times, but for some reason I just could get around to doing the dastardly act.

But you have returned ! Who even cares about the economy now? I do my best to ignore it every day.

May we perpetually live in a state of beyondment !!!

rgds,

pb.

the collapse happened while you were away

If a tree fall in the forest and you're not there, does it make a sound?
