** More SparQ user hands on experience ** Message 2965593

I bought the SparQ 3-pack for $99 at CompUSA. I was disappointed to find that one of the disks was not properly formatted. Moreover, I encountered a few more times when the cartridge did not seat fully. I'm starting to wondering if QC might have been relaxed to meet production demands.

uhh-ohhh

Frank,

Good points. I really believe that Iomega is all over this 200 meg
Zip and is in the best position (experience) to roll it out when needed. I think they have plenty of time on their side and any competitor entering this market should take notice.

Regards,

Dave

RE: HiFD vs. Zip 200

Frank,

Very astute analysis. Thanks. I'm now a lot less concerned
about Sony's chances.

Cheers, Tom (long IOM)
