>In how many of those was the American Ambassador, an America foreign service officer and two American security personnel killed?

Does the identity of who was killed particularly matter?

>In how many of those did the Secretary of State fail to act to correct a deteriorating security situation despite being SPECIFICALLY advised by the Ambassador of same?

I don't know. The others weren't picked over with a fine toothed comb 24/7 by congressional investigation and a whole news network.

>In how many of those situations did the the sitting president being aware of an ongoing attack simply toddle off to bed in prep. for a fundraiser?

There were two 20 minute attacks. They were six hours apart. He went to bed after the first one. I don't see a problem with that.

>Try not to take too much offense at being called out for excusing the failures of Obama.

None taken. I'm not terribly sure what could've been done differently at the time, though.

But the point isn't really that neither Bush nor Obama cared about those attacks that happened on their watches. The point is that those sorts of things happen when we're at war and under a Republican President, the individual incidents are taken for granted, whereas there's a whole network and a House committee trying to find any damn thing they can to get rid of the President and/or make sure that a Democrat isn't elected in 2016.
