As Mickey Mantle stated.. If I knew I would have lived this long. I would have taken better care of myself. Ditto with the sports injuries when we are young HEY?... Have you even found yourself just walking along and that injuy you took way back when pops up and you find yourself whincing and limping...Any near ya say are you alright and you respond.. Football... Or hockey and for me it's usually something related to the Karate. AS for eating. So get this.. My sweetie does her check in and asks.. So what did you eat. Trying to not fib for I swear she has camera's on me or investigators.. I do the you will be happy I had a nice piece of fish with some asparagus.. She then says..What type of fish. I respond Talapia which was all that was on the menu. She does the OH HONEY...Don't you know that's one of the worst fish you can eat...Blah blah.. I say to myself I should have just had a slice of pizza.. OR I'll say I had Salmon.. FARM or FRESH..? I don't know.. OH HONEY aren't you looking at the list I sent you of what fish to eat or avoid. I then do the Quck..T B I excuse. I can't find it. But yes I have it.. And I do listed under things to ignore. Then I think.. I spent years living in third world and in culture. LOVE IT.. I'd walk up to a merchant.. I'd see some sort of meat on a spindle.. He'd hit it ...the flies would take off.. he'd slice the lamb ? And i'd have a great shawarma.. Never bothered me a bit. Hell in Kuwait at one point I had one of those stand at the bottom of the building. Thought I died and went to heaven. Fast forward and now I have Dr BEN CASEY'S sister monitoring my every bite and from 275 miles away.. As she does I hear the. So and so said they saw you at TILTED KILT.. DO I LIE OR NOT LIE.. She probably has photos.. HMMM.. Yes I was there.. OH HONEY don't you know the food there is so terrible.. HMM how do I tell her I'm not there for the food and not end up like that kid BOBBIT..
