The market has proven there is not huge short position to date. You need to prove, not speculate. You haven't proven a thing. I'm willing to try to put out a legally binding document from Mork dispelling all your speculation here.

I'm new here, just responding to the thread and nobody in particular. I've been lurking for a few days now. I'm amazed at the people here. I cant quite understand the pugsie guy saying "we're winning" after the stock tanks 75% in no time. Further he says something about this is what a squeeze is like. Gimmeabreak. Did any of you actually expect the stock to fall from $4 to $1 ?? If you did and you did not sell, I want to sell you some nice swamp land in Florida. I dont believe in anyone that claims they are psychic's and really have to question anything anyone that claims they are one says. I certainly would not choose stocks from some slug on the "psychic hotline" ! I've read some of this companies public fillings. All I can say is I dont care who's short how many shares. I wouldnt trust this management team any further than I could throw them. It all comes back to fundamentals and no matter how you look at it, there AINT NONE !! Ok lets take a gigantic LEAP of faith and assume they can sell the water at a profit. I still would not be comfortable with this stock because of managements lack of credibility. Even IF they make $$, given managements past actions its unlikely it'll ever show up in the stock price. I'm not short this stock although from what I've read here I'll be accused of it. I dont want harrasing phone calls at work. (Or at home for that matter) I do wonder if anyone that owns this stock has ANY kind of track record with OTC bb stocks let alone real stocks ! I'm afraid I already know the answer to that. Sorry folks, the only RATIONAL position here is that of a "ney". Or a bear or whatever. I dont wish losses on anyone but I have a feeling many here will experience them. It would be interesting to hear just what would change some of the longs minds.a 50cent stock price ? more proven dilution ? Another delay in the financials ? A 10 cent stock price ?? Will an sec stock halt change anyones mind ? (At least you cant keep buying then) Is there ANYTHING that would make the pugster & shades & riely be less bullish ?? If not I submit that one should not put much faith in anything they post. Facts are facts. The fact is the stock is down 75% and these guys think everything is grand. Somethings not right here. One more thing...does anyone have any experience with any short who was put in jail ?? What happened to the shorts in IDID or Bre-x ? When the stock stops trading exactly who comes after the shorts and makes them cover when the stock cannott be bought. Who in the world CARES about who's short when the sec halts a stock for securities fraud ?? Please....no phone calls to my boss.
