Yeah,

They had the stockholders interest in mind when they gave themselves 1,500,000 shares and floated another 13,100,000 shares at a time when there were only 9,666,464 out there.

And they had the shareholders in mind when they did a reverse split down to 809,000 shares and promptly issued themselves another 2,000,000 shares.

If you bought 10% of the company when Morgan took over, you would have spent $1,208,308 for the stock. It would now be worth $33,188.
