Men Mailman,

I think you have miss-read my post as I was not taking any potshots at this company, only questioning what F. Jay Abella -- the self proclaimed analyst <?> for Westergaard online was doing on this thread.

Westergaard has admitted part of his paid promotional service involves his "people" posting on the threads of the Westergaard client companies. In essence -- beware of the Westergaard's paid shills.

After reading you post, I would suggest any persons invested in this company take a close look at what you have said. If the company does indeed have as high a burn rate on cash as you suggest, and a history of financing itself through dilution of the shareholders, it looks to be a nasty situation.

Unfortunately, IMO, this would seem to fit well with Westergaard's type of paid promotions -- HYPE a stock when it benefits persons other than the shareholders.

Cheers Steve

You are so uninformed. Jess Ravig who is on the board has purchased 3 million of the preferred personally. There is virtually one person holding the rest. The company can buy him out if they want. The company also has financing in place for Dallas. It is non dilutive. Get a clue. The only scam here is you.
