They already borrow or cash in paychecks at very high costs to them at pay day lenders, fill up their tanks constantly at triple the cost pre 9/11 on their old gas guzzlers, pay through the roof for junk food that is killing them while watch their rents go up constantly. Not much trickle down to them other than maybe the job market is somewhat better than it would have been?
