I recall something else that Gorman said during the meeting. When asked if the company intended to purchase back some shares, he responded emphatically that yes, the company would purchase back some shares: "It would be silly not to at current prices", or something like that.
My concern is future dilution. Barbara and David, I'd be interested in your take on Par's comment that some of the 30 million additional shares could be used in a secondary offering. If Par had stated that Osicom was not going to use the shares in a secondary, I'd double my stake tomorrow. But with this thing hanging out there, I'm not so sure...
