Phillips probably agrees. However he should think of the WHITE DOCTORS AND SUPPORT STAFF over in Africa PUTTING THEIR LIVES AT RISK TO SAVE BLACKS. Looking at the twitter twits that you posted there are many very uneducated twits claiming incorrectly that Duncan was not given the experimental drug. HE WAS.
