Getting a little paranoid Dave? I am who I say I am.

You are welcome to join us on the FIBR thread and observe how the long holders of a quality company with an actual PSR (and less than 1 at that) react when there is a price decline. We don't spend all of our time screaming for the SEC, or crying about the short sellers. We're actually fairly sanguine about the probability that the company will surve. When Bearon's printed the story that put the price in the basement, we dug into SEC filings, disproved or at least got a preponderence of the evidence in the company's favor before we dismissed the allegations as sensational journalism. We thank our lucky ducks for the opportunity to buy at such low prices, not grind our teeth and wail about how the "shorts" have the price down.

Now, how about answering that question about how you know the short interest is so high?

As far as your question in the previous post, my post did not match what I was trying to type, and thanks for pointing it out. I apologize for my poor proofreading skills.

See you at .02,

Barb

David,

I don't consider myself to be a "psychic" in anything - much less stock picking. However, if the problem with SOLV was terrible short sellers all along - and you seem to have known about this - then tell me why in the world (assuming you knew the outcome) did you hang on to the stock??!! Did you, do you, really know this to be the ONLY reason SOLV failed?

Your inuendo that KOCH has an axe to grind - "stay tuned" - is so typical of your hype in this stock. David, if you know something - why don't you tell us?? Is this another false start on your part - much like the ominus warnings we shorts received (SOLV is making a big announcement soon - better cover your short positions) just before SOLV announced it was filing bankruptcy?

I hate to be the one to say it, but I will make the following predictions.

1. KOCH will not adopt the SOLV process. Their previous announcement (inuendo, ie slight mention) of the process was nothing more (IMO) than part of the "deal" to buy SOLV assests.

2. Rendell knows even less about business today than last year - eg. SOLV will remain a penny stock until it dies.

3. The NASD will do absolutely NOTHING, NADA, with regards to short selling in this stock. Reason, they have had ample time to prepare a case and file charges and have yet to do so - at least on the magnitude you expect.

Things I agree with you on:

1. Yes, you have the right to say positive things about your stock.

2. You are definitely one trusting individual.

Closing remarks:

Threatening Barb with posting on FIBR is so typical of you and other longs - it reveals an unsavory side of yourself that seems to admit defeat on one hand yet an uncontrollable urge to lash out on the other at those who you preceive to be the cause of your problems. How childish....

Merry Christmas

Gary
