I'm sure many people will be listening to the CC next week to see what she has to say.

Well, this will be interesting. I just finished listening to the entire CC + Q&A (40mins). My comments are:

1) They were repeatedly asked about the nature and timing of this transition, from the angle of attempting to deduce if it was forced by circumstances, and the answer was very much NO! The last two questions in particular hammered on the timing, as in why not wait until the Q3 report. But neither Rory nor Lisa would budge from the claim that was was a long planned transition, with Lisa groomed for this stage over the last several years.

2) They avoided any specific requests about financials or near term changes which might be implemented. Also such details will be handled at the Q3 CC as normal. The CC today was just about the leadership change. This again tended to hammer on the point that this was a planned leadership change, and not something specific to current circumstances.

3) They repeatedly hyped up the progress made to date, so if in fact, the Q3 CC shows that "progress" took a nosedive, it will require a little explaining relative to this CC.

4) On longer term strategy, the only real key I could glean was that I think Lisa stressed diversification more than Rory has, so expect more direction that way.

The summary is that this CC very much stressed a story of planned leadership change which has been in the works for a long time, and flat out denied that the timing should be viewed as anything other than that.

So now I'm not so sure that this indicates a warning.
